  Your Duties:

  Electronic and Manual Payment Posting: Use Practice Management (PM) software to post payments, write-offs, contractual adjustments, co-insurance, deductibles, and non-covered amounts from both paper Explanation of Benefits and automated Electronic Remittance Advices (ERAs).

  Daily Cash & Bank Reconciliation: To guarantee 100% financial balancing with zero fluctuation, reconcile all posted payments, credit card batches, electronic funds transfers (EFTs), and paper checks against daily bank deposit statements.

  Route Tagging & Denial Identification: Using standardised Remark Codes (RARC) and Claim Adjustment Reason Codes, accurately identify, log, and classify claim rejections, partial payments, and zero-pay remits. Send actionable denials straight to the AR follow-up team.

  Resolving Unapplied Cash and Credit Balances: Examine, monitor, and settle unposted/unapplied cash accounts and credit balances, making accurate account adjustments or processing refunds in accordance with accounting regulations.
