  Full job description
  Handling customer complaints, deployment of containment action to avoid line issues/ stoppage, driving permanent corrective & preventive action in co-ordination with technical & plant teams
  Ensure on time Closure of CAPA on customer portals
  Negotiation & convincing customer in case of a concern at customer end where there is no quality issue from 3M product
  Regularly visits customers to keep up the Quality rhythm.
  Participation in trials at customer line for New Products and preventing Quality concerns
  Provide inputs to CFT & manufacturing plant on new products/ customer complaints based on observations at customer end for necessary corrective / preventive actions
  Works closely with global technical and quality teams
  Qualifications & Skills

  Education: Typically requires an ITI certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Mechanical, Automobile, or Production Engineering
  Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent visual acuity, and clear communication for coordinating with production supervisors and assembly line workers.
  Location: Chennai.

  Pay: ?18k  - ?40k  per month
