  Job Summary
  
  We are seeking a skilled and motivated Tool Room Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in tool manufacturing and maintenance. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Wire Cut EDM programming and operation, tool design interpretation, AutoCAD, and conventional machining processes. Experience in jewelry manufacturing tools, particularly box tools and chain tools, will be an added advantage.
  
  Key Responsibilities
  
  Prepare and execute Wire Cut EDM programs.
  Perform 0.10 wire setting and machine setup accurately.
  Develop and modify taper programs as per tooling requirements.
  Operate and maintain Wire Cut EDM machines efficiently.
  Handle sparking (EDM) operations and related machining activities.
  Manufacture and maintain box tools and chain tools.
  Read, interpret, and develop chain tool drawings and 2D designs.
  Utilize AutoCAD for tool study, drawing review, and modifications.
  Carry out conventional machining operations including milling, drilling, grinding, turning, and fitting work.
  Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality standards in all tooling activities.
  Troubleshoot tooling and machining issues to minimize downtime.
  Coordinate with production and design teams for tool development and improvements.
  Maintain records of tooling, programs, and process parameters.
