  Job Description:

  Responsibilities:

  Shift Quality Leadership & Inspection Operations: Ensure that all quality gates, line clearances, and first-piece inspection procedures are carried out without fail by supervising, training, and assigning shifts to Incoming, In-Process, and Final Quality Control inspectors.

  Management of Non-Conformance Quarantine and Defect Containment: When out-of-spec dimensions or visual flaws are found, immediately initiate line halt and quarantine procedures; issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), oversee the disposal of scrap and rework, and stop the spread of defective materials.

  Root Cause Analysis & remedial Action (8D/CAPA) Execution: Oversee frontline structured problem-solving teams that employ Fishbone diagrams, 5-Why analysis, and 8D to look into customer complaints and internal quality escapes while putting permanent remedial measures in place.

  Metrology Audit Supervision and Statistical Process Control: Keep an eye on real-time SPC control charts throughout production lines, assess process capability indices, and supervise the use of metrology tools, CMM operation, and master gauge calibration schedules.

   

  Experience: 3 to 5 yrs

  Education: Diploma/BE in ECE
