• HR Recruiter Building Talent Pipelines and Hiring

  Job Description

  Duties:

  Partner with hiring managers across technical, operational, and administrative departments to understand job requirements, define candidate profiles, and create compelling job descriptions.

  Source passive and active candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, employee referrals, campus placements, and recruitment agencies.

  Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and evaluate candidates based on technical qualifications, relevant experience, cultural fit, and salary expectations.

  Coordinate and schedule interview rounds with departmental interview panels, manage candidate communication, and gather structured interview feedback.

  Facilitate offer management, including salary benchmarking, compensation negotiations, background verification checks, and formal offer letter release.

  Oversee pre-boarding and onboarding activities to ensure new hires transition smoothly into the organization, including documentation compliance and introductory orientation.

  Track and report key recruitment metrics, including Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Source Quality, and Offer Acceptance Rate using Applicant Tracking Systems

   

  Focus Skills:

  Proven track record in full-lifecycle recruitment, talent sourcing, and candidate management across technical and non-technical domains.

  Hands-on proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job portal search engines (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Naukri).

  Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with strong candidate negotiation capabilities.

  Solid understanding of employment regulations, labor compliance, standard compensation structures, and background verification procedures.

  High organizational agility, time-management skills, and ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously
