  Your Duties:

  Blended Channel Engagement: Oversee a mixed process that includes digital communication queues (emails, chat logs, or tickets) and real-time voice calls (inbound or outgoing verification).

  Consultative Problem Solving: Respond to direct consumer contacts to address complicated grievances, then smoothly transition to backend system consoles to handle necessary modifications, updates, or scheduling requests.

  Document Verification & Data Validation: Examine client identification documents, financial applications, or order invoices while on the phone or in between calls, making sure that all data points are accurate.

  Enterprise Database & Ticket Governance: Within the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program, log comprehensive call notes, record transaction statuses, document resolution procedures, and categorize query types.

  Follow-up Communication Architecture: Create personalized, expert emails or text updates to provide clients with a summary of intricate solutions after voice conversations.
