  Your Duties:

  VMC Operation & Multi-AxisLoading: Use magnetic chucks, clamping kits, precision modular vices, and custom fixtures to safely open, clean, load, and lock raw blocks or castings onto VMC tables.

  Workpiece Realignment & Gauging: Before the cycle begins, check that the part perfectly fits coordinates by using dial test indicators and edge finders to confirm workpiece squareness and surface flatness.

  Tooling Inventory & ATC Monitoring: As cutting edges deteriorate, keep an eye on Automatic Tool Changer pockets, make sure the right milling cutters are seated correctly, and safely do manual insert swaps.

  Precision Dimensional Measurement: Use digital callipers, vernier height gauges, outer/depth micrometres, and radius indicators to verify tolerances while performing stringent geometric inspection procedures on finished items.

  Basic Preventive Maintenance: Check water-soluble coolant concentration ratios, keep an eye on slide-way lubrication levels, remove heavy steel or aluminium chips, and clean the machine enclosure every day.
