  Candidate Evaluation & Behavioural Interviewing: Excellent ability to verify profile credentials, analyse career stability, conduct structured competency-based interviews, and evaluate soft skills.

  ATS & recruiting Technology Command: Practical knowledge of well-known platforms for recruiting communication and applicant tracking systems.

  Stakeholder Management & Negotiation: Strong verbal, persuasive, and interpersonal communication abilities to resolve candidate objections, manage hiring managers' expectations, and close job offers.
