  Who you are: 

  Use special fixtures, precision modular vices, clamping kits, and magnetic chucks to safely open, clean, load, and lock raw blocks or castings into VMC tables. Before the cycle begins, make sure the component perfectly fits coordinates by using dial test indicators and edge finders to confirm workpiece squareness and surface flatness. As cutting edges deteriorate, keep an eye on Automatic Tool Changer pockets, make sure the right milling cutters are installed correctly, and safely do manual insert swaps. Use digital callipers, vernier height gauges, outer/depth micrometres, and radius indicators to verify tolerances while performing rigorous geometric inspection procedures on finished items. Check water-soluble coolant concentration ratios, keep an eye on slide-way lubrication levels, remove heavy steel or aluminium chips, and clean machine enclosures every day.
