  Job Description

  Who you are:  

  Process Purchase Requisitions (PR) from shop-floor teams and issue Purchase Orders (PO) for raw materials, hardware, tooling, machine spare parts, and factory supplies. Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors; maintain the Approved Vendor List (AVL). Request quotations (RFQ), negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial conditions to achieve procurement cost savings. Track order fulfillment, follow up with suppliers for timely dispatches, and coordinate with logistics providers to ensure zero line-stoppage scenarios. Coordinate with QA and receiving warehouses to inspect materials, return nonconforming items (RTV), and process debit slips. Manage relationships with suppliers, conduct quarterly evaluations of supplier performance (based on OTIF - full completion of works on time, compliance with quality and price stability). Maintain accurate purchasing documents, order logs, inventory levels, and business records in the ERP module.
