    Your Duties:

    Real-Time Voice Interaction Management: Handle a large number of incoming and/or outgoing consumer calls, providing professional, helpful, and understandable support while closely following campaign communication scripts.

    Root Cause Diagnosis & Problem Solving: Pay attention to client complaints and requests; use internal knowledge bases to identify account blocks, troubleshoot problems, and implement real-time fixes to achieve First Call Resolution (FCR).

    Ticket Lifecycle Ownership: Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to create, classify, route, and edit service tickets, guaranteeing thorough case history record for each user contact.

    Customer De-escalation & Retention: In order to reduce account cancellations, handle irate or escalated calls with a high degree of empathy and emotional control, defusing tension by active listening and providing structured, compliant answers.

    Execution of upselling and cross-selling: Determine customer usage trends during routine service encounters in order to present pertinent product upgrades, extended warranties, or value-added packages in accordance with campaign revenue benchmarks.

    Cross-Functional Query Coordination: To find solutions for intricate, multi-layered client enquiries, coordinate via chat or email channels with internal back-office, billing, technical support, and logistical departments.
