  Job Description:

  Responsibilities:

  Accurately enter, update, and maintain high-volume operational data, customer information, transactions, or order records in internal databases, ERP, or CRM systems.

  Document Verification & Audit Compliance: Verify the completeness, legitimacy, and adherence to corporate policies of incoming files, forms, and digital submissions; identify and address any inconsistencies right away.

  Workflow Coordination & File Archiving: To guarantee efficient interdepartmental job flow, maintain organised physical and digital file systems, index sensitive documents, and communicate with front-office, finance, or logistical departments.

  Report Generation & Data Compilation: Create activity logs, data summaries, and operational summary reports on a regular basis for management review, making sure that all numbers accurately match source documentation.

  Answer internal questions about back-end status, look into data inconsistencies, monitor pending approvals, and make sure service-level agreements are strictly followed.

   

  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
