  Who you are: 

  Manage incoming customer service calls in compliance with banking telephone procedures and carry out large-scale outbound calling campaigns. To increase lead conversion, present, describe, and make a pitch for retail banking products, such as credit cards, insurance plans, savings/fixed deposit accounts, and personal/home loans, aligning product features to consumer financial needs. Perform initial telephone eligibility assessments (confirming income requirements, job status, and credit score requirements) and assist potential clients with the initial paperwork and online application processes. During and after calls, promptly update CRM platforms (Salesforce, LeadSquared, Zoho CRM, proprietary banking portals) with accurate customer information, call dispositions, follow-up dates, application status codes, and interaction notes. To guarantee that there are no instances of mis-selling or noncompliance, strictly comply with banking rules, Know Your Customer (KYC) standards, Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and banking authority recommendations, and required call disclosures.
