  Job Description:

  The main "Inside Sales Revenue Engine, Phone Pitch Specialist, Direct Customer Conversion Anchor & Pipeline Integrity Guardian" for our business development and commercial operations is the Telesales Executive-Inside Sales, Outbound Cold Calling, Direct Product Pitching, Customer Conversion & Sales Analytics Specialist. While Chief Revenue Officers (CRO), Sales Directors, and Commercial Managers set macro sales strategies, product pricing, revenue quotas, and general commercial policies, your main responsibility is to interact with potential retail or business clients over the phone, present attractive product and service offerings, respond to customer questions, manage pricing hesitations, and close direct sales transactions.

   

  Key Duties:

  Outbound Sales Pitching and Direct Closing: Make a lot of outbound sales calls to introduce goods and services, explain value propositions, get past objections, and complete deals over the phone.

  Customer Relationship & Consultative Pitching: Determine the needs of potential customers by asking targeted questions, suggest appropriate product tiers or service bundles, and take advantage of upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase average order value.

  Order collect & Payment Processing: Enter completed sales orders into internal systems without data mistakes, accurately record customer purchase details, confirm billing and shipping addresses, and collect payment choices.

  CRM Logging & Pipeline Maintenance: To guarantee accurate customer data, log all call dispositions, prospect comments, order statuses, and required follow-up schedules in real time within the CRM program.
