  Who you are: 

  Post payments, write-offs, contractual adjustments, co-insurance, deductibles, and non-covered amounts into Practice Management (PM) software using both automatic Electronic Remittance Advices (ERAs) and hardcopy Explanation of Benefits. To guarantee 100% financial balancing with no fluctuation, reconcile all posted payments, electronic funds transfers (EFTs), credit card batches, and paper checks against daily bank deposit statements. Use standardised Remark Codes (RARC) and Claim Adjustment Reason Codes to accurately identify, log, and classify claim rejections, partial payments, and zero-pay remits. Send actionable denials right away to the AR follow-up team. Examine, monitor, and settle unposted or unapplied cash accounts and credit balances while processing refunds or making accurate account adjustments in accordance with accounting regulations.
