  Job Description:

  The main "HR Operations Engine, Recruitment Specialist, Employee Lifecycle Anchor, Compliance Guardian & People Analytics Integration Lead" for our enterprise HR operations is the HR Executive-Talent Acquisition, Employee Onboarding, HR Operations, Performance Management & HR Analytics Specialist. While Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs), VPs of People, Talent Acquisition Directors, and HR Business Partners set the overall organisational culture, talent strategies, compensation bands, and HR governance models, your main responsibilities include managing hiring from start to finish, coordinating smooth onboarding, maintaining HRIS databases, encouraging employee engagement, supporting cycles of performance reviews, and guaranteeing legal labour compliance.

   

  Key Skills: 

  Talent Acquisition & applicant Assessment Mastery: Practical knowledge of job description mapping, interview scheduling, behavioural assessment methods, offer negotiation, and applicant sourcing tactics.

  HR Operations & Lifecycle administration Capabilities: Excellent operational understanding of probation handling, offboarding procedures, attendance/leave audits, background verification procedures, and employee database administration.

  HRIS and ATS Technology Proficiency: Real-world experience using well-known HRIS platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Workday, Greenpeace, Darwinbox, Keka, GreytHR, ZingHR, or Zoho Recruit.

  Employee Engagement & Labour Compliance Discipline: in-depth knowledge of workplace policy administration, POSH compliance, engagement event management, employee retention factors, and fundamental labour law requirements.

   

  Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
