  Your Duties:

  Incoming, In-Process, and Final Inspection Execution: Strictly follow engineering drawings and Quality Control Plans (QCP) when conducting physical, visual, and dimensional inspections of incoming raw materials, in-process components, and completed goods.

  Precision Metrology & Inspection Gauge Handling: Use Vernier callipers, micrometres, height gauges, dial indicators, bore gauges, plug/thread gauges, surface roughness testers, and profile projectors to measure components.

  First-Off & Setup Inspection Verification: Before authorising production runs, conduct dimensional checks and clearance sign-offs on the initial "first-off" sample components after tool modifications, setup modifications, or shift start-ups.

  Non-Conformance Quarantine & Defect Containment: To stop defects from getting worse, locate, tag (Red Tag/Hold Tag), quarantine, and record non-conforming items; create Non-Conformance Reports (NCR); and keep an eye on rework stations.
