  Focus Skills:

  CAD/CAM Software & Toolpath Generation Mastery: Expertise in 3D CAD modelling software and industry-standard CAM software.

  Multi-Axis CNC Machining & Controller Expertise: Expert knowledge of FANUC, Siemens, Heidenhain, Haas, and Mazak G-code/M-code control systems in addition to a thorough grasp of multi-axis CNC turning, milling, VMC, HMC, and turn-mill machine architectures.

  Advanced ability to calculate feeds, speeds, material removal rates (MRR), chip loads, dynamic motion toolpaths, and choose cutting tools and coatings for titanium, aluminium, alloy steels, stainless steel, and cast iron.

  Metrology, Blueprint Reading, and GD&T Knowledge: Total proficiency in the interpretation of mechanical drawings, CMM report analysis, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, and shop-floor precision inspection techniques.
