  Job Description:

  Responsibilities:

  Industrial Control Panel & Architecture Design: Use specialised CAD software to draft and maintain comprehensive electrical single-line diagrams (SLDs), wiring schematics, panel layouts, and cable routing maps.

  Power Distribution & Substations Management: To guarantee steady power distribution throughout all manufacturing blocks, keep an eye on and repair plant transformers, switchgear, busduct systems and vacuum circuit breakers (VCBs).

  Programmable logic controller (PLC) networks, supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems, human-machine interfaces (HMIs), and variable frequency drives (VFDs) are all configured, programmed, and troubleshooted under PLC Automation & Drive Systems Engineering.

  Root Cause Analysis and Electrical Corrections: Use frameworks for failure mode analysis to identify serious electrical problems and apply long-term circuit or hardware solutions.

  Statutory Compliance & EHS Leadership: Maintain the plant's complete compliance with national electrical codes by supervising extensive grounding/earthing systems, lightning protection grids, and stringent Lock-Out/Tag-Out safety systems.

   

  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

  Education: Diploma/BE in EEE
