• QC Engineer Quality Promotion & Error Analysis

  Job Description:

  Responsibilities:

  Receiving, In-Process, and Final Inspection: In accordance with Control Plans, Quality Inspection Standards (QIS), and engineering drawings, perform thorough dimensional, visual, and functional inspections of arriving raw materials, semi-finished parts, and final assemblies.

  Precision Metrology & Equipment Calibration: Use sophisticated inspection instruments such as Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), Vernier Callipers, Micrometres, Height Gauges, Dial Indicators, Roughness Testers, and Optical Comparators; confirm the validity of gauge calibrations before using.

  First-Part/First-Off Inspection & Process Clearance: To authorise manufacturing line startup, conduct comprehensive first-part inspection sign-offs at the beginning of each production shift, tool changeover, or setup adjustment.

  Material Disposition & Non-Conformance Isolation: Immediately quarantine non-conforming materials, apply physical Quality Hold tags, file thorough Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and keep an eye on MRB (Material Review Board) disposition procedures.

  Defect Data Collection & Pareto Analysis: Work with QA Engineers to provide inspection inputs for 8D and 5-Why root-cause investigations, classify internal scrap, rework, and rejection categories, and collect shift defect data.

   

  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

  Education: Diploma/BE in ECE
