  Job Summary
  
  We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. Freshers and candidates with up to 5 years of experience are welcome to apply. The selected candidate will be responsible for inspecting fabricated components, ensuring product quality, and maintaining inspection records.
  Responsibilities
  • Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
  • Read and interpret engineering and fabrication drawings.
  • Stage inspection on structural steel and sheet metal components for dimensional accuracy aganist the drawing.
  • Finally carry out visual inspection of welds and fabricated assemblies.
  • Use measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, measuring tapes, and height gauges.
  • Record inspection results and prepare quality reports.
  • Identify non-conforming(NC) products and report issues to the production team.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality procedures.
  • Maintain inspection records and calibration status of measuring instruments.
  • Work closely with production and engineering teams to improve product quality.
  
  Qualifications
  • Diploma, ITI, or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with 1–5 years of experience in structural steel or sheet metal fabrication are preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of understanding engineering drawings and handling measuring instruments.
  • Understanding of ISO 9001 quality systems is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn.

  • Basic knowledge of welding inspection.

  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Basic in ERP(any)
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel and Word).
