  Focus Skills:

  Materials and Metallurgical Engineering Characterisation Mastery: Thorough understanding of phase diagrams, heat treatment metallurgy, ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy, production of metallographic samples, and microstructural interpretation.

  Mechanical Testing & Metrology Equipment: Practical experience using optical microscopes, image analysers, Charpy impact testers, Universal Testing Machines (UTM), Rockwell/Brinell hardness testers, micro-Vickers hardness testers, and optical emission spectrometers (OES).

  Comprehensive knowledge of international metallurgical standards, such as ASTM, ISO, DIN, SAE, and BIS standards for grain size, inclusion grading, hardness testing, case depth measurement, and non-destructive testing.

  Failure Analysis & Quality Root Cause Methods: sophisticated capacity to detect material flaws, fracture modes, and use 8D/5-Why problem-solving frameworks to stop component failures.
