  Your Duties:

  Production Planning Execution & Line Balancing: Convert daily and weekly master production schedules into operational goals at the shift level; optimize Takt time by balancing assembly and machining lines to remove bottlenecks.

  Process Optimisation & Cycle Time Reduction: To cut cycle times, setup times, and production waste, examine manufacturing workflows, perform time and motion studies, and apply Lean technologies (SMED, Kaizen, Kanban).

  Shop Floor Supervision and Manpower Allocation: Oversee daily shift operations, assign skilled and unskilled workers to different workstations, enforce SOPs, and promote 5S discipline on the shop floor.

  Yield Enhancement & Scrap Control: Keep an eye on First Pass Yield (FPY) and scrap rates during production runs; work with Quality Assurance teams to look into non-conformities and take prompt corrective action and line containment.
