  Focus Skills:

  Deep practical understanding of HT/LT sub-stations, transformers, ACBs, VCBs, MCC/PCC panels, motors, star-delta starters, and plant earthing systems is required for industrial electrical systems and power distribution.

  PLC, VFD, and Industrial Automation Mastery: Practical knowledge of VFD parameterisation, servo motor alignment, HMI design, and PLC ladder logic programming and debugging (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, Mitsubishi).

  Electrical Schematics & Control Circuit Reading: Expert ability to read and comprehend intricate multi-page electrical schematics, panel layout drawings, single-line diagrams (SLD), and control wire diagrams

  Electrical Safety Standards & Compliance: Proficient knowledge of national electrical code compliance, arc-flash protection, LOTO procedures, and industrial electrical safety standards.
