  Handle a large number of incoming and/or outgoing client calls while closely following campaign communication scripts and providing professional, helpful, and clear assistance. Pay attention to client concerns or requests; use internal knowledge bases to identify account blocks, troubleshoot problems, and implement real-time fixes to achieve First Call Resolution (FCR). Using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, create, classify, route, and update service tickets, guaranteeing thorough case history record for each user contact. In order to reduce account cancellations, deal with irate or escalated callers with a high degree of empathy and emotional control. This involves defusing tension through active listening and providing structured, compliant answers. Based on campaign revenue milestones, determine customer usage trends during routine service encounters to propose pertinent product upgrades, extended warranties, or value-added packages. Track down solution paths for intricate, multi-layered client enquiries by coordinating via chat or email channels with internal back-office, billing, technical support, and logistical departments.
