  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

  Focus Skills:

  Hands-on technical expertise in troubleshooting mechanical assemblies, hydraulic and pneumatic circuits, electrical control panels, VFDs, and PLCs (Siemens, Fanuc, Allen-Bradley).

  Deep understanding of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) pillars, reliability-centered maintenance, OEE calculations, and RCFA techniques.

  Proficiency in using CMMS tools (SAP PM, Fiix, UpKeep) and MS Office for maintenance logs and downtime data analysis.

  Ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics, hydraulic/pneumatic circuit diagrams, and mechanical assembly drawings.

  Excellent analytical problem-solving skills, communication, and team coordination capabilities across operational shift
