• CNC Operator Precision Machining & Production

  Job Description:

  Responsibilities:

  Load raw materials into CNC machines, secure workpieces using appropriate fixtures/chucks, and safely initiate machining cycles.

  Monitor machining operations, tool paths, cutting speeds, feeds, and coolant levels to maintain optimal cutting conditions and prevent tool wear or breakage.

  Perform first-piece and in-process dimensional inspections using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, plug gauges).

  Make minor offsets, tool wear adjustments, and control panel inputs as needed under the guidance of the programmer or supervisor.

  Deburr, clean, and visually inspect finished components to ensure surface finish and geometric requirements meet drawing specifications.

  Perform daily routine machine maintenance (lubrication, chip removal, fluid top-ups) and report equipment malfunctions or tooling damage immediately.

  Maintain clean work areas adhering to 5S practices, plant safety policies, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements

   

  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

  Education: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above
