  Job Description

  Key Skills:

  Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and Blueprint Literacy: Outstanding ability to understand complex tolerance limits, flat/parallel limitations, surface finish values, and industrial engineering drawings.

  Precision Metrology Tool Command: Total proficiency with digital and mechanical measurement tools to verify accurate locations, pocket depths, inside diameters, and counterbores.

  VMC Controller Interface Navigation: Excellent practical ability to navigate machine controller interfaces to clear alarms, skip blocks, and modify coordinate systems (G54-G59).

  Mechanical Aptitude & Shop-Floor Safety: Quick reflexes to identify unusual spindle noises, chattering vibration frequencies, or tool smoke; prompt emergency stops to safeguard fixtures and multi-axis spindles.

   

  Experience: 3 to 7 yrs

  Salary: Based on Company Norms

  Education: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above
