  Your Duties:

  Record daily financial transactions, journal vouchers, purchase invoices, sales registers, and cash/bank entries into accounting software (Tally / SAP FI / Oracle).

  Manage Accounts Payable (AP): verify vendor invoices against purchase orders (3-way matching), GRNs, and contract terms; process payments and reconcile vendor ledgers.

  Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR): generate customer invoices, track outstanding receivables, send payment reminders, and perform customer account reconciliations.

  Prepare monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS), cash flow updates, and petty cash management registers.

  Compute, file, and reconcile statutory tax returns, including Goods and Services Tax (GST - GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation) and Tax Deducted at Source (TDS).

  Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities, preparing trial balances, balance sheet schedules, and profit & loss reconciliations.

  Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial audits, providing required schedules, voucher samples, and backup documentation
