Responsibilities:
Preventive and Corrective Electrical Maintenance: Check plant electrical panels, motor control centers (MCC), distribution boards, transformers, diesel generators and lighting systems on a regular basis and make quick corrective repairs.
Control Panel Wiring & Equipment Troubleshooting: To install, wire, diagnose, and fix control panels, contactors, overload relays, circuit breakers (ACB/MCCB), timers, and pushbuttons, read electrical circuit diagrams and single-line schematics.
Motor, VFD, and Starter Maintenance: Across production lines, test, wire, install, and troubleshoot AC/DC motors, VFDs, soft starters, DOL starters, and Star-Delta starter circuits.
Field Wiring, Cable Laying, and Sensor Calibration: Install field cable trays, lay conduit, gland and terminate cables, and swap out malfunctioning thermocouples, photoelectric sensors, proximity sensors, and limit switches.
Required Skills:
Control panel wiring, cable termination, glanding, reading electrical schematics, single-line diagrams (SLD), and the use of electrical test meters (multimeter, megger, clamp meter) are all practical aspects of industrial electrical maintenance and panel wiring.
Motor Control Circuits & Drives: Basic parameter setting and fault-clearing for Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), as well as control of direct-on-line (DOL), Star-Delta, and forward-reverse motor control circuits.
Field Instrumentation & Sensors: Expertise in the installation, wiring, and testing of limit switches, solenoids, PLC field I/O connections, and industrial field sensors (inductive, capacitive, and optical).
Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, arc flash safety regulations, the appropriate use of insulated hand tools, and electrical grounding inspections are all strictly adhered to.
Practice management literacy and medical billing software: practical knowledge of the main RCM and practice management systems.
