  Job Description

  Key Skills:

  Advanced CAD/CAM applications Mastery: Expert-level competence in 3D CAD modelling platforms and CAM programming applications (SolidWorks, Inventor, UG-NX).

  Mastery of Fanuc, Siemens Sinumerik, Haas, Mitsubishi, and Heidenhain control systems and post-processors; in-depth knowledge of 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis Vertical Machining Centers.

  Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) & Blueprint Reading: Proficient in deciphering intricate technical drawings, surface finish specifications, GD&T symbols, and strict tolerance standards.

  Comprehensive understanding of metal cutting dynamics, speed/feed formulas, chip load calculations, tool wear mechanisms, and milling techniques for titanium, nickel alloys, stainless steel, aluminium, and hardened die steels.

   

  Experience: 6 to 9 yrs

  Salary: Based on Company Norms

  Education: Any ITI/Diploma Graduation
