  Your Duties:

  Production Planning & Execution Management: To reliably fulfil daily, weekly, and monthly volume targets, plan and carry out daily shop-floor manufacturing schedules across machining, fabrication, or assembly lines.

  Process Optimisation & CycleTime Reduction: To increase throughput, compare line cycle durations to takt time, execute line balancing, remove process bottlenecks, and use lean tools.

  Capacity Planning & Resource Allocation: To maximise shift productivity and reduce idle hours, optimise manpower deployment, machine capacity utilisation, material handling flows, and tooling availability.

  Process Compliance & ScrapReduction: Make sure that operators strictly follow work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures; look into production non-conformances; and put in place quick process controls to reduce scrap and rework.

  Cross-Functional Shop-Floor Coordination: Work closely with the Quality Control, Maintenance, Tool Room, and Supply Chain teams to promptly address material shortages, tooling problems, and equipment outages.
