  Responsibilities:

  On-Site Installation & Commissioning: Ensure complete compliance with technical designs by overseeing the physical deployment, anchor levelling, electrical hookups, and fluid line plumbing integrations of produced equipment at customer locations.

  Emergency Field Troubleshooting & Breakdown Rectification: Parse multi-page circuit architectures to replace malfunctioning mechanical gears, blown components or malfunctioning automation controllers, and offer quick diagnostic support for crucial industrial shutdowns.

  Contracts for Preventive and Predictive Maintenance: Carry out planned asset protection inspections, such as vibrational metrics audits, structural alignment checks, insulation parameter measurements, and wear-prone seal renewing.

  Customer Operator Technical Training: Make sure client engineering staff members grasp standard operating parameters, warning code readouts, and fundamental daily maintenance cycles by conducting thorough instructional workshops and safety refreshers.

   

  Required Skills: 

  Advanced Multidisciplinary Schematic Literacy: Total proficiency in deciphering complicated multi-page electrical wiring schematics, high-pressure pneumatic layouts, and industrial hydraulic circuit maps.

  Advanced Field Diagnostics & Electro-Mechanical Mastery: The capacity to track system anomalies down to structural elements, linear position components, variable speed motor drives, and localised thermal dynamics.

  Automation Loop Navigation & Logic Diagnostics: Expert tapping into PLC systems to upgrade equipment firmware profiles, examine error tracking codes, and confirm input/output setups.

  Superb Communications with Clients: Excellent communication and writing skills to create concise technical field reports and gently explain complicated engineering issues to irate clients.
