  Handle new product projects from RFQ to production
  Coordinate with design, production, quality, and purchase teams
  Understand technical requirements
  Support with drawings, samples, and approvals
  Develop samples and test functionality
  Modify design based on feedback
  Documentation
  Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials)
  Control drawings, process sheets, SOPs
  Suggest cost reduction ideas
