  Who you are: 

  Identify and fix serious electrical malfunctions on automated manufacturing equipment quickly, isolating problems to the component level. Monitoring network communication buses like Profibus or Ethernet/IP to resolve signal dropping faults; diagnostics, backup management, and configuration modifications for industrial PLC and SCADA systems. To maintain an optimal power factor, maintain the factory's main substation by performing routine inspections of the HT/LT panels, air/vacuum circuit breakers, transformers, busbar chambers and capacitor banks. Create, plan, and carry out predictive audits and systematic PM procedures Examine recurrent equipment malfunctions and utilise Fishbone or 5-Why diagrams to create reliable engineering solutions that prevent recurrent electrical excursions.
