Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Automotive, or Metallurgy Engineering.
Experience: 2–6+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer, QA Specialist, or Supplier Quality Engineer in precision manufacturing setups.
Technical Mastery: IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 quality frameworks, APQP/PPAP core tools, GD&T, 8D problem-solving, MSA/SPC, metrology instruments, and spreadsheet quality modeling.
