• Supplier Interaction Admin Executive

  Job Description:

  Responsibilities:

  Oversee day-to-day office operations, front desk services, visitor management, housekeeping cleanliness, physical security procedures, and general facility maintenance.

  Procurement and Inventory Control: Oversee the sourcing, acquisition, and distribution of stationery, office supplies, cafeteria goods, and IT consumables, guaranteeing ideal stock levels without going overboard.

  Vendor Management & Contract SLA Tracking: Communicate with outside contractors, suppliers, and service providers (such as HVAC, security, catering, sanitation, and travel agencies), assess performance in relation to SLAs, and confirm billing correctness.

  trips and Event Logistics Management: Plan both local and international trips as well as internal meetings, town halls, and corporate events.

  Asset Management & Workplace Compliance: Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and fire security requirements by keeping an accurate ledger of office furniture, equipment, and fixed assets.

   

  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

  Education: Any Basic Degree and MBA
