  Job Description:

  The main "Hands-On Electrical Execution, Panel Wiring, Motor Drive & Shop-Floor Maintenance Anchor" in each of our production plants is the Electrical Technician – Plant Electrical Maintenance, Panel Wiring, Motor Controls & Industrial Troubleshooting Specialist. Your major responsibility is to inspect, wire, test, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant electrical equipment, control panels, AC/DC motors, VFDs, switchgear, sensors, and lighting systems, while electrical engineers supervise system design and power distribution planning. As the "Guardian of Shop-Floor Electrical Availability, Panel Safety, Wiring Precision, and Zero Electrical Stoppages," you assume direct responsibility for carrying out preventive electrical maintenance, attending to breakdown calls, and guaranteeing the safe and effective operation of all electrical installations.

   

  Key Duties:

  Preventive and Corrective Electrical Maintenance: Check plant electrical panels, motor control centers (MCC), distribution boards, transformers, diesel generators and lighting systems on a regular basis and make prompt corrective repairs.

  Control Panel Wiring and Equipment Troubleshooting: To construct, wire, diagnose, and fix control panels, contactors, overload relays, circuit breakers (ACB/MCCB), timers, and pushbuttons, read electrical circuit diagrams and single-line schematics.

  AC/DC motors, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), soft starts, DOL starters, and Star-Delta starter circuits are all tested, wired, installed, and troubleshooted throughout production lines.

  Field Wiring, Cable Laying, and Sensor Calibration: Install field cable trays, lay conduits, gland and terminate cables, and swap out malfunctioning thermocouples, photoelectric sensors, proximity sensors, and limit switches.
