• Electrical Engineer Factory Maintenance Operations

  Job Description

  Who you are: 

  Control the safe operation, load balancing, and ongoing maintenance of medium- and low-voltage electrical systems, such as transformers, MV/LV switchgear, circuit breakers, ring main units, supply feeders, and emergency diesel generators.

  Drive Systems & Motor Control Optimisation: To guarantee the best possible equipment efficiency and process control, maintain, program, and troubleshoot motor control centers, variable frequency drives, induction motors, soft starters, and industrial control panels.

  Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Execution: To prevent catastrophic power outages, develop and carry out planned preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance programs using thermography, insulation resistance testing, partial discharge analysis, and oil sampling.

  Breakdown Response & Root-Cause Analysis (RCA): Conduct structured root-cause analysis to develop long-term remedial and preventive measures; oversee engineering investigations in the event of unexpected electrical tripping, short circuits, or drive failures.
