  Your Duties:

  Oversee the end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding lifecycle, including document verification, HR induction, background checks, and exit interviews.

  Manage daily attendance tracking, leave records, shift rosters, and time-office operations using Biometric/HRMS software, coordinating with Accounts for monthly payroll processing.

  Ensure full compliance with factory acts, statutory regulations, labor laws, Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Professional Tax (PT), and bonus guidelines.

  Address employee grievances, resolve shop-floor workforce issues, and promote positive employee relations to maintain harmony between management and staff.

  Facilitate performance appraisal cycles, track Probationary Reviews, and support training and development drives for technical and non-technical staff.

  Maintain complete and updated employee personnel files, organizational charts, HR databases, and compliance registers.

  Support employee engagement initiatives, health & safety awareness drives, welfare programs, and company cultural events
