  Job Description

  Duties:

  AR Portfolio Analysis & Trend Identification: To find cash flow bottlenecks and underperforming payer categories, conduct in-depth financial and operational analytics on ageing AR portfolios across several specialities and provider accounts.

  Denial Root-Cause Analysis & Action Plan Design: Classify denials and rejections of claims; pinpoint coding problems, clinical documentation, or front-end registration; and create remedial workflows to stop repeated denials.

  Payer Reimbursement & Contractual Yield Auditing: Examine payer remittance data to confirm contractual fee schedules, spot underpayments, track timely filing compliance windows for both government and commercial payers, and monitor payer processing turnaround times.

  High-Value Claim Resolution & Complex Appeals Strategy: Take direct responsibility for complicated, expensive, or extremely old claims; create sophisticated clinical and legal appeal paperwork; and work with payer provider relations managers to unlock revenue that is trapped.

  Team Guidance & Workflow Optimisation: To increase team efficiency and collection speed, give AR Callers and Billing Executives meaningful data insights, prioritised call lists, and focused resolution tactics.

   

  Focus Skills:

  US Healthcare RCM & Advanced Financial Analytics Mastery: In-depth knowledge of US medical billing procedures, payer fee schedules, complicated AR portfolio optimisation, end-to-end revenue cycle analytics, and claims adjudication standards.

  Practice Management Software & Clearinghouse Proficiency: The capacity to extract data, create reports, and audit records in PM systems and clearinghouses.

  Expertise in Denial Management, CARC/RARC, and Coding Analytics: proficient in reading EOBs and ERAs, deciphering intricate CARC/RARC combinations, comprehending CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, and CCI edit links, and organising strong appeal arguments.

  Strategic Problem-Solving and Data Synthesis Capability: Outstanding analytical skills to spot microtrends in payer behaviour, synthesise multi-dimensional billing information, and transform complex raw data into practical operational solutions.
