  Your Duties:

  Manufacturing Quality Assurance & Quality Control: Create and implement control plans, quality assurance (QA) protocols, inspection checklists for incoming, in-process, and final assembly phases, and shop floor inspection standards.

  APQP, PPAP, and QMS Compliance: Oversee Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) initiatives, create documentation packages for the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), and guarantee complete adherence to ISO/IATF standards.

  Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Actions (CAPA): Using the 8D methodology, 5-Why analysis, Fishbone diagrams, and robust corrective/preventive actions (CAPA), lead cross-functional problem-solving teams to look into internal rejections and customer complaints.

  Metrology and Statistical Process Control (SPC): Examine CMM/metrology calibration reports, keep an eye on process capability indices, evaluate gauge repeatability and reproducibility (GAUGE R&R/MSA), and make sure all shop floor measurement devices are traceable and calibrated.
