  Who you are: 

  Oversee the end-to-end employee onboarding and exit lifecycle, including document reviews, HR orientation, background checks, and exit interviews. Use biometric/HRMS software to manage daily time and attendance tracking, leave records, shift rosters, and time management, and integrate with accounts for monthly payroll processing. Ensure full compliance with laws, regulations, labor laws, pension funds (PF), employee public insurance (ESI), professional tax (PT) and bonus regulations. Manage employee complaints, resolve issues with field personnel, and promote positive employee relationships to maintain harmony between management and staff. Streamline certification cycles, track trial exams, and support the training and development of technical and non-technical staff. Maintain complete personnel files, organizational charts, personnel databases, and compliance records for current employees. Support employee engagement initiatives, health & safety awareness drives, welfare programs, and company cultural events
