  Job Description

  Responsibilities:

  Quality Assurance Plans (QAP), Control Plans, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Inspection Checklists for incoming, in-process, and final inspection phases should all be created and maintained.

  Inspection & Metrology Management: Manage gauge calibration schedules (MSA) and use precision measuring equipment to conduct dimensional, structural, and functional assessments.

  Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions: Oversee organised problem-solving projects for customer complaints and internal non-conformances; put in place long-term corrective measures to stop recurrence.

  ISO/IATF Auditing & Compliance: Manage non-conforming material disposal and supplier quality development; conduct routine Process, System, and Product Audits in accordance with ISO/IATF standards.

  Statistical Process Control & Quality Analytics: Use statistical tools and operational tracking spreadsheets to keep an eye on process capability indices, rejection trends, scrap costs, First Time Yield, and supplier quality ratings.

   

  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

  Education: Diploma/BE in EEE
