  Your Duties:

  Shift Quality Leadership & Inspection Execution: Oversee daily shift quality operations, assigning technicians and quality inspectors to receiving, in-process, and final inspection stations to guarantee full shift coverage.

  In-Process Quality Gates & Line Audits: Oversee line quality gates, conduct random shift process audits, confirm first-piece/first-off inspection clearances, and make sure operators follow SOPs and Quality Control Plans.

  Non-Conformance Isolation & isolation Control: Manage Quality Hold tags, issue Non-Conformance Reports, oversee the immediate physical isolation of products that don't meet specifications, and plan Material Review Board dispositions.

  Root-Cause Analysis & Defect Prevention: Work with Production Supervisors and QA Engineers to execute rapid containment and corrective actions while leading shift-level defect investigations using 8D, 5-Why, and Fishbone diagrams.

  Gauge calibration and metrology Governance: Ensure that all gauges, laboratory equipment, and shift measuring devices are checked, handled correctly, and calibrated on time.
