  Focus Skills:

  Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, Commerce, Finance, Computer Applications (BCA), or equivalent professional diploma.

  Experience: 0 to 3+ years of hands-on experience as an AR Analyst, Senior RCM Executive, Denial Specialist, or Medical Billing Analyst handling U.S. Healthcare processes.

  Technical Mastery: U.S. Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Practice Management Systems (eClinicalWorks, Epic, Cerner, AdvancedMD, Kareo), ICD-10/CPT/HCPCS coding compliance, EOB/ERA breakdown, clearinghouses (Waystar, Availity), and MS Excel / Google Sheets
