  JD:

  We are hiring Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) for our Tool Room division. The role offers hands-on exposure to machining, tooling, mold base manufacturing, and quality practices, with structured mentorship and career growth opportunities.
  Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in tool room operations including mold manufacturing, assembly, and maintenance.
  • Operate and learn CNC, VMC, EDM, and conventional machines under supervision.
  • Support senior engineers in precision machining and inspection activities.
  • Learn to read and interpret engineering drawings and tool designs.
  • Maintain quality standards and follow shop floor safety practices.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and productivity initiatives.

  Eligibility:
  • Diploma in Plastic/Tool & Die/Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing/Mechatronics.
  • 0–1 year of experience (freshers welcome).
  • Knowledge of machining processes and measuring instruments preferred.
  • Good communication skills, willingness to learn, and adaptability.
