  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

  Focus Skills:

  Component-Level Electronic Repair & Soldering: Proficiency in schematic reading, SMD and through-hole PCB soldering/desoldering techniques, component-level circuit troubleshooting, and micro-component replacement (capacitors, diodes, MOSFETs, microcontrollers).

  Diagnostic Bench Instrument Operation: Proficiency with digital oscilloscopes, multimeters, function generators, regulated DC power supply, LCR meters, and logic probes, among other test equipment.

  Strong knowledge of industrial sensors, loop calibrators, 4-20mA/0-10V analogue signals, encoder feedback systems, HMI hardware, and PLC field I/O connections is required for industrial automation and sensor instrumentation.

  ESD Protection & Electronic Safety Protocols: Full adherence to low-voltage electrical safety, LOTO protocols for automated equipment, and ESD safety recommendations (grounding wrist straps, anti-static mats).
