Who you are:
Oversee an integrated process that includes digital communication queues (emails, chat logs, or tickets) and real-time voice calls (inbound or outgoing verification). Respond to direct client contacts to address complicated grievances, then smoothly transition to backend system consoles to handle necessary modifications, updates, or scheduling requests. Examine customer identity documents, financial applications, or order invoices while on the phone or in between calls, making sure all data points are accurate. Within the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, log comprehensive call notes, record transaction statuses, document resolution procedures, and categorize query types. Create unique, polished emails or text updates to provide clients with a summary of intricate solutions after voice conversations.
