• Plant Upkeep Administration Electrical Technician

  Job Description:

  Responsibilities:

  Frontline Electrical Breakdown Repair: Replace damaged contactors, relays, fuses, cables, and proximity sensors as soon as shop-floor electrical failures occur in production machines, assembly lines, conveyors, and utility equipment.

  Low Tension (LT) electrical panels, Motor Control Centers (MCC), Power Control Centers (PCC), star-delta/DOL starters, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and PLC input/output cards are all wired, laid out, and maintained.

  Preventive and Predictive Electrical Maintenance: Perform insulating resistance (Megger) and voltage/current tests, as well as daily and weekly PM checklists on electric motors, transformers, switchgear, earthing lines, and distribution boards.

  Electric Motor & Drive Servicing: To avoid motor burnouts and overheating, check, maintain and repair AC/DC motors, gearmotors, carbon brushes, bearings, terminal blocks, VFD cooling fans and drive control wire.

   

  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

  Education: Diploma/BE in EEE
